Refund Policy

At Lorenzo Advisory Group, we are committed to providing high-quality advisory, operational, and business support services. Because our work involves professional time, strategic planning, and customized deliverables, we maintain the following refund policy.

 

 

1. Service-Based Refunds

 

Refunds are generally not available for services that have been delivered, initiated, or scheduled. This includes:

 

  • Advisory consultations

  • Business strategy sessions

  • Bookkeeping services

  • Operational efficiency reviews

  • Document creation, templates, or custom reports

  • Any service where work has already begun

 

Once work has started, the time and expertise invested cannot be reversed.

 

 

2. Prepaid Services

 

If you purchased a service package in advance and wish to cancel before any work has started, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

 

Refunds will be issued minus:

 

  • Any administrative fees

  • Payment processing fees charged by your payment provider

 

 

3. Digital Products & Downloads

 

Digital products such as templates, documents, guides, or downloadable resources are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

 

We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

 

 

4. Rescheduling Policy

 

If you need to reschedule a session:

 

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Missed or last-minute cancellations may result in the session fee being forfeited.

 

 

5. Service Quality & Satisfaction

 

If you feel the service received does not meet expectations, please contact us at:

We will review your concerns and may, at our discretion, offer:

 

  • A revised deliverable

  • Additional support time

  • A partial credit toward future services

 

Credits are not guaranteed and are approved on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, all access to services, deliverables, and future bookings may be paused until the issue is resolved.

 

We encourage clients to email us directly before initiating disputes.
